In addition to overseeing recruitment and human resources functions, Amber plays a critical role in aligning the company’s finances with strategic goals, maintaining fiscal responsibility and optimizing operational processes. She has spent the past three and a half years at EG Solutions applying her expertise to streamline operations and enhance the firm’s administrative capabilities.
