Mike Harris, C.M.

Mike Harris has over 25 years of experience in airport design, planning, and project management and is a highly skilled professional with a deep expertise in airport infrastructure. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all technical operations, ensuring the successful execution of the firm’s most critical projects. Mike has an extensive background in construction administration, having managed a variety of airport, highway, and building projects. His experience spans numerous key airport projects, including runway, taxiway, and apron rehabilitations; taxiway extensions; apron paving; airfield lighting design; hangars; security and wildlife fencing; and stormwater management plans. Additionally, he has been instrumental in preparing airport layout plans and other planning documents. A driving force in the firm’s technical operations, Mike ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standard of quality. His leadership and technical expertise play a critical role in the firm’s continued success in delivering innovative solutions for airport infrastructure. Mike is also a Certified Member through the American Association of Airport Executives.
