Tom Coughenour

Tom Coughenour has more than 36 years of construction experience, offering expertise in construction inspection services. His experience includes providing construction observation, inspection, project management and project documentation services according to each client’s specifications and guidelines. He also has extensive experience in managing cross functional support teams and subconsultant to maximize objective completion and client needs. Tom is currently working on the RSW Terminal Expansion Phase 2 Project.
