Project Details

EG Constructors and EG Solutions’ owners and management were principals of a previous Design/Build firm that designed and constructed a 2-inch overlay of the existing pavement for Taxiway A, parallel to Runway 4/22 and the connector Taxiway C, located more than halfway from Runway 22’s end as well as widening the pavement from 40 feet to 60 feet with a new 4-inch surface on a 10-inch base pavement. The project also required the regarding portions of the existing taxiway to correct profile deficiencies. Drainage work consisted of new pipe junction boxes, pipe extensions and replacing culverts underneath the existing pavement with higher strength pipe. Also, as part of the project, new signage was installed along with LED taxiway lights, new electrical cable, and new pavement markings.
